Professionals Fengyuan Wang

Work experience

Mr. Wang began his legal career in 2021.  Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Wang worked as an associate at Shanghai Office of Commerce & Finance Law Offices.  Mr. Wang specializes in venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, and general corporate matters.  His legal services include conducting legal due diligence investigations, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and conducting legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Wang received his master's degree from London School of Economics and Political Science in 2020.  Prior to that, Mr. Wang graduated with a bachelor's degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2019.
