Professionals Julie Fang

Work experience

Ms. Fang is a member of Han Kun's Investment Funds team.  Her practice focuses on advising and representing regional and international clients in the structuring and formation of private investment funds.  Ms. Fang also advises clients in connection with their investments in private funds and related transactions.
Ms. Fang joined Han Kun in 2023 from a leading international law firm, where she advised fund sponsors on USD fund formation matters.

Educational background

Ms. Fang received a J.D. from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2021, where she was an editor of the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy.  Ms. Fang received a B.S. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2016.
