Work experience

Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Ni trained as an intern in the areas of overseas listing and PE/VC at Jingtian & Gongcheng, and then practiced as a lawyer in the areas of PE/VC and corporate compliance at Global Law Firm.
Ms. Ni specializes in venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, capital markets, corporate compliance, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Ni has participated in various transactions in diverse industries, including TMT, healthcare, consumer goods, logistics, and manufacturing.

Educational background

Ms. Ni graduated from Nanjing University with an LL.B. degree.
