Work experience

Mr. Gao specializes in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  His legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating legal documents, and conducting legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Gao graduated from Jilin University with an LL.B. degree.  He then received an LL.M degree from East China University of Political Science and Law.
