Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Chen interned with Dentons (Beijing), Los Angeles Superior Court, and the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office.
Ms. Chen specializes in PE/VC, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, general corporate, and capital markets.  Her practice covers industries such as the internet, new and high technology, finance, new energy, and culture and entertainment.  Ms. Chen's legal services include conducting legal due diligence, legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and designing deal structures.

Educational background

Ms. Chen graduated from the University of Rochester with a B.A. degree in 2016, then received a J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in May 2020.
