Work experience

Ms. Lu began her legal career in 2017 and has completed internships with AHK Greater China, Lusheng Law Firm, and Clifford Chance LLP.  She worked as a paralegal at Demidchik Law Firm, PLLC from October 2019 to July 2020. 
Ms. Lu focuses on PE/VC, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  She assists clients in due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and drafting and reviewing agreements.  Her practice covers military-industry, internet, and telecommunications.

Educational background

Ms. Lu received an LL.B. degree from Renmin University of China in 2018 and received an LL.M. degree from the UC Berkeley School of Law in 2019.
