Work experience

Jiayue Ma specializes in venture capital and private equity financing, corporate and data compliance, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and listings, and foreign investment.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Ma worked at Linklaters LLP and Allen & Overy LLP.

Educational background

Jiayue Ma is a visiting scholar at Columbia Law School and a Ph.D. candidate in Law at Fudan University.  She previously earned a Master of Laws degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws degree from China University of Political Science and Law, and was sponsored by the government to study at the University of California, Berkeley.
