Work experience

Ms. Xu focuses her practice on offshore capital markets, private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, and general corporate practice.
Ms. Xu serves clients in a variety of industries, including the TMT, healthcare, pharmaceutical and consumer goods.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and corporate compliance.

Educational background

Ms. Xu graduated from University of Science and Technology Beijing with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree, followed by a Master of Law degree from East China University of Political Science and Law.
