Work experience

Ms. Lan's practice primarily focuses on private equity and venture capital, domestic and overseas reorganizations and listings, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Lan provides professional advice with an industry coverage ranging from TMT, high-tech, and bio-medicine to gaming and education.  Her services include conducting legal due diligence investigations, drafting and reviewing legal documents, drafting legal opinions, conducting legal research, and providing routine corporate legal services.

Educational background

Ms. Lan graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a LL.B. degree in 2019 and graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree.
