Work experience

Ms. Zhang began practicing law in 2018 and previously worked at Global Law Office, Zhong Lun Law Firm, and Llinks Law Office.  Ms. Zhang mainly focuses on the areas of private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and other general corporate matters.

Educational background

Ms. Zhang received a bachelor's degree in 2017 from Wuhan University, and an LL.M. degree in 2018 from University College London.
