Ms. Zhang specializes in venture capital and private equity investment, capital market transactions, offshore investment, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Zhang has provided legal services for various start-up and emerging companies, private enterprises, private equity funds, listed companies, and others.  Ms. Zhang has been deeply involved in handling numerous projects involving acquiring assets and equity interests, investment and financing, and overseas listings, covering the hi-tech, integrated circuits, life science and pharmaceutical, medical apparatus and instruments industries.

Ms. Zhang obtained a master's degree in economic law from the University of International Business and Economics in 2017.  Prior to that, Mr. Zhang graduated with a Bachelor of Law and a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of International Business and Economics in 2015.
