Professionals Fuyong Xie

Work experience

Mr. Xie specializes in IP litigation, IP-related dispute resolution, IP due diligence, patent invalidation and freedom to operate analysis.  Mr. Xie has dealt with IP matters involving a broad range of technical areas including telecommunications, semiconductors, and healthcare, among others.
Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Xie worked as an IP counsel and Patent Engineer for one of the leading semiconductor manufacturers in China.

Educational background

Mr. Xie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2015 and then received a Juris Master degree in Intellectual Property Law from Peking University in 2019.
