Work experience

Ms. Zhao specializes in capital markets, venture capital and private equity, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, general corporate matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Zhao obtained her LL.M. from Peking University Law School in 2022.  Prior to that, Ms. Zhao graduated with a B.A. from Nanjing University Business School in 2019.
