Mr. Long excels in diverse legal fields, spanning mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, labor and employment, antitrust/competition, and general corporate matters.  Fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese, he has rendered legal services to numerous multinational corporations and large-scale PRC state-owned enterprises across industries including artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and cross-border logistics.

Educational background

Mr. Long is a graduate of Peking University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese as well as an LL.M. degree.
