Work experience

Ms. Lin began his legal practice in 2000 and established Shanghai Young-Ben Law Firm in 2007 as a senior partner. In February 2022, he joined Han Kun Law Offices in Shanghai due to the merger between Young-Ben and Han Kun.
Mr. Lin specializes in dispute resolution and bankruptcy liquidation. Mr. Lin has been appointed as an arbitrator at the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission/Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) and has extensive experience and profound legal understanding in the field of commercial dispute resolution. Mr. Lin specializes in administrative litigation and has won a great deal of major and complex cases on behalf of government agencies. Mr. Lin has extensive practical experience in the field of enterprise bankruptcy and restructuring, representing creditors, debtors, or investors to participate in the process of enterprise bankruptcy liquidation and restructuring. Mr. Lin provides his clients with personalized solutions, owing to his unique insights into the disposal of distressed assets, including analysis of complex legal relationships in the distressed assets, legal risk assessment, crisis disposal, and remedy for breach of contract.
Mr. Lin serves as the legal adviser of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shanghai, providing legal support for major decisions and resolving major disputes on behalf of the government. Mr. Lin is the legal adviser of the Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange and has broad experience in the fields of state-owned property rights transactions, state-owned assets disposal and public resources transactions, etc.  Mr. Lin has also provided legal services for many government departments and state-owned enterprise groups such as the Government of Jing'an District, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Jing'an District, Shanghai Huayi Group, Yangtze River Delta Investment Company, INESA, Guotai Junan, Shanghai Bright Group, Shanghai Jing'an Chengfa Group, Shanghai Wusongkou Investment Group, Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone Group, Shanghai Jiajia Group, Shanghai Huali Investment Management Center, etc.
