Work experience

Ms. Wang has been practicing law since 2014 and was a partner with Beijing Tianyuan Law Firm from 2019 to June 2022 before joining Han Kun Law Offices in July 2022. 
Mr. Wang specializes in domestic and overseas IPOs, acquisitions, investment, and financing.  She has led several representative capital market projects in the fields of science and technology, healthcare, finance, and energy.  Ms. Wang has specialized and in-depth knowledge of relevant industrial policies, structure designs, and capital operations, as well as extensive practical experience.

Ms. Wang received a Bachelor of Law degree from Peking University in 2010.
