Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Zhang worked in Commerce & Finance Law Offices for two years and then worked in Tian Yuan Law Firm for seven years.
Her practice focuses on domestic and offshore listings, restructurings and reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital and private equity investment. Ms. Zhang has extensive experience in IPOs, private placements, material assets restructurings, mergers and acquisitions in the A-share market, and IPOs in the H-share market. Ms. Zhang has also represented and provided legal services to numerous investment funds, start-ups and emerging companies, and public companies in relation to their various PRC legal matters.
