Work experience

Ms. Wang passed the PRC bar examination in 2013 and began practicing law with Shanghai Landing Law Firm in 2018.
Ms. Wang's areas of practice include real estate development and construction projects, for which she provides clients with comprehensive and multi-scope legal services in contract disputes, corporate governance and risk control, share transfers, and labor disputes, etc.
Ms. Wang primarily assists lead partners in providing long-term legal advice, including revising contracts, providing legal consultations, etc.

Educational background

Ms. Wang received a Bachelor of Law degree in 2017 from East China University of Politics and Law.
