Professionals Can Cui

Work experience

Mr. Cui joined Han Kun in 2022, prior to which he practiced law with Shanghai Young-Ben Law Firm beginning in 2020. 
Mr. Cui focuses on asset management, private equity, project finance, insurance fund management, and general corporate matters.  Mr. Cui is responsible for conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents and other contracts, project compliance and risk disposal, and general corporate matters.

Educational background

Mr. Cui received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Northwest University of Political Science and Law in 2017.  In 2020, he obtained a Juris Master degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
