Ms. Gao has been practicing law since 2014.
Ms. Gao specializes in banking and finance, equity investment, and general corporate matters. Ms. Gao has accumulated experience in syndicated loan financing, cross-border bank loan and guarantee, real estate financing, and bank custody and other banking and finance projects, in which she provides legal services including reviewing transaction documents, conducting legal due diligence, drafting project documents, and issuing Chinese legal opinions.
In addition, Ms. Gao has represented and provided legal services to insurance companies in various projects, such as, insurance company capital increases, direct equity investment, and the custody of ESOP SPVs. Ms. Gao also advises domestic and foreign enterprises in daily business matters across different industries, including insurance, private equity, fintech, equipment manufacturing, and construction engineering.
