Work experience

Ms. Chen's practice primarily focuses on venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and media and entertainment.  Ms. Chen's legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and conducting legal research.

Educational background

In 2020, Ms. Chen obtained an LL.M. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.  Before that, she received an LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law.
