Her client portfolio includes prominent companies such as Midea, Lianjia, Jinlongyu, and Tencent, where she has obtained favorable court judgments for clients in multiple administrative litigation cases. Ms. Zhao has assisted dozens of Chinese companies in obtaining hundreds of overseas trademark registrations in jurisdictions such as in Europe, the United States, and Southeast Asia. She has also frequently represented clients in overseas trademark negotiations and enforcement actions. Additionally, Ms. Zhao has provided legal services to companies such as ByteDance and L'Oréal, including IP due diligence, as well as drafting and reviewing IP transaction documents.
