Work experience

Ms. Shan specializes in venture capital and private equity, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services mainly include legal due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Shan received her LL.B. degree in 2019 from China Foreign Affairs University, and later obtained her LL.M. degree from the University of Hong Kong.
