Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun, she worked at UBS (China) Limited from 2015.  
Virginia specializes in advising international and local banks, securities companies, fund managers, insurance companies and other financial institutions on financial regulations, banking and finance, asset management and general corporate compliance matters. 
 Virginia was seconded to Morgan Stanley Huaxin Securities Co., Ltd. Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited as external legal counsel to advise on PRC legal regulatory issues.

Educational background

Virginia received a Double-degree with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in English from China Foreign Affairs University.
