Work experience

Ms. Yang's practice focuses on merger and acquisition, private equity investment, foreign direct investment, and general corporate legal issues.  Ms. Yang assists in representing clients in a wide range of industries including food and beverage, catering, industrial manufacturing, energy and biotechnology.  Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Yang was an associate in the Shanghai office of Haiwen & Partners.

Educational background

Ms. Yang received her LL.B. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2016 and her LL.M. degree from Duke University School of Law in 2017.
