Work experience

Mr. Chen specializes in dispute resolution, family wealth management, and investment fund formation and operation.  Mr. Chen has assisted several family businesses and high-net-worth families in matrimonial and family disputes and inheritance disputes, and provided legal services including registration of private investment funds and fund managers, and legal due diligence.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Chen worked with Merits & Tree Law Offices in Beijing as an associate.

Educational background

Mr. Chen received his LL.M. degree from the University of Southern California in 2020.  Prior to that, Mr. Chen graduated with an LL.B degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2015.
