Ms. Du has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since 2021.  Ms. Du focuses on venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate affairs.

Educational background

Ms. Du obtained an LL.B. degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2019, an LL.M. degree from University of California, Berkeley in 2021, and an LL.M. degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2022.
