Work experience

Mr. Peng joined Han Kun Law Offices in 2022, prior to which he was an associate in JunHe LLP and DaHui Lawyers.  Mr. Peng specializes in commercial and civil litigation, arbitration, mediation, bankruptcy, as well as compliance programs and investigation cooperations in multilateral development bank sanction cases.  Mr. Peng has represented clients involved in a wide range of industries and SOEs, such as financial investment, retail and consumer franchise, medical equipment, construction, real estate, luxury, product manufacturing, and automotive.

Educational background

Mr. Peng received an LL.B. degree in 2016 from China University of Political Science and Law.  In 2018, he received an LL.M. degree from Seoul National University.
