Work experience

Ms. Meng began her legal career in 2015.  Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Meng worked as an associate at Global Law Office (Shanghai).  Ms. Meng's experience focuses on private equity and venture capital and mergers and acquisitions.  Her legal services include carrying out due diligence investigations; drafting, reviewing, negotiating and revising transaction documents; providing legal opinions and drafting other legal documents; and coordinating with government agencies.

Educational background

Ms. Meng received a Bachelor of Law degree from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics in 2015 and received a Master of Law degree from New York University School of Law in 2022.
