Work experience

Mr. Chen's practice focuses on domestic and offshore listings, restructurings and reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital and private equity investment.  Mr. Chen has extensive experience in IPOs, private placements, material asset restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions in the A share market.  He has provided legal services to many start-ups and emerging companies and public companies in relation to their various PRC legal matters, and has represented clients in numerous projects across diverse industries such as TMT, innovative technology and manufacturing, life sciences and healthcare, food, and environment and energy.

Educational background

Mr. Chen received his Bachelor of Law degree and Bachelor of Arts degree in 2015 from Shanghai International Studies University.  In 2016, he obtained an LL.M. degree from the University of Southern California.
