Mr. Li joined Han Kun Law Offices in October 2022, prior to which he worked at a local law firm in China.
Mr. Li focuses on dispute resolution, assisting the firm's litigation and arbitration team. His practice covers contractual disputes, construction law practice, and cross-border disputes.
Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Li focused on construction law practice, particularly in overseas construction project dispute resolution. He has previously appeared before CIETAC, BIAC, and local courts in China and has experience in mediation and bankruptcy procedures.
