Work experience

Ms. Zhang specializes in venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services mainly include legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Zhang graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with an LL.B. degree in 2021 and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with an LL.M. degree in 2022.
