Mr. Xu started his legal practice in trusts and finance in 2016 and has extensive experience in the fields of trust law and family wealth management. Mr. Xu has assisted to set up more than one hundred commercial trusts. He is also an expert on intergenerational inheritance and trust structure design. Clients he serves include founders and shareholders of listed companies, family offices, private banking departments of foreign and commercial banks, trust companies, and well-known charitable foundations. Mr. Xu also assists clients in setting up FGT and IDGT and provides consultation on CRS and other aspects for high-net-worth individuals.
Mr. Xu has extensive experience in financial services and asset management areas. He has assisted clients in handling investor disputes, and given legal opinions on complex legal issues such as investor suitability, domestic and foreign derivatives, etc.
In matrimonial and inheritance law areas, Mr. Xu has strong expertise in addressing complex matters involving cross-border and equity-related issues.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Xu worked in financial and wealth management institutions for many years and held management positions.
