Work experience

Ms. Yang specializes in venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, general corporate matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Yang obtained her LL.M. from Renmin University of China Law School in 2022.  Prior to that, Ms. Yang graduated with an LL.B. from Renmin University of China Law School in 2020.
