Mr. Zhang focuses his practice on IP-related dispute resolution. Prior to joining Han Kun, he worked and interned with Fangda Partners and King & Wood Mallesons.
Mr. Zhang has handled a variety of IP disputes involving patent infringement litigations, patent invalidation proceedings, trade secret misappropriation litigations, FRAND actions, software copyright infringement, unfair competition litigations, etc. He has safeguarded the rights and interests of leading multinational and domestic clients in fields that include telecommunications, electronics, material science, chemistry, machinery, software, and biomedicine.
