Work experience

Mr. Xu's practice primarily focuses on venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate matters.  Mr. Xu's legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and conducting legal research.

Educational background

Mr. Xu graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with a bachelor's degree in law.  He later obtained an LL.M. degree from Georgetown University.
