Work experience

Xiayi (Clara) Liu began her legal career in 2010 and focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border venture capital and private equity transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, and fund formation, among other areas.  Ms. Liu has represented clients in completing numerous complex transactions in diverse industries, including the Internet, pharmaceuticals, insurance, education, technology, and human resources.

Educational background

Ms. Liu graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.  She also obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with Honors from Columbia Law School, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.
