Work experience

Ms. Li engages in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, foreign investments, capital market transactions, and general corporate matters, which involve a variety of industries such as TMT, finance, retail, and medicine.  Her legal services include negotiating, drafting, and reviewing legal instruments, such as transaction documents, and conducting legal due diligence and legal research.

Educational background

Ms. Li received an LL.B. degree in 2017 from Sun Yat-sen University.  In 2018, she obtained an LL.M. degree in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center.
