Mr. Hu specializes in handling civil and commercial disputes. He has provided dispute resolution services for a series of publicly listed companies, large state-owned enterprises, and financial institutions. As legal counsel, Mr. Hu has handled a significant number of civil and commercial litigation and enforcement cases in courts at all levels, including the Supreme People’s Court and various provincial high people’s courts. Mr. Hu is familiar with legal rules and procedures with respect to litigation, preservation, and enforcement.
Mr. Hu also has extensive experience in corporate dissolution, bankruptcy, liquidation, and related matters. He has dealt with applications and responses to judicial dissolution, corporate bankruptcy, and compulsory liquidation cases. He has also served multiple times as a creditor representative, deeply involved in bankruptcy liquidation, reorganization, and pre-reorganization procedures.
Before joining Han Kun's dispute resolution department, Mr. Hu worked for several years in the firm's financial and asset management department, where he focused on handling family law cases such as divorce and inheritance, and providing clients with legal services related to philanthropy, family trusts, and other family wealth planning matters.
