Work experience

Mr. Hu has handled tens of civil and commercial disputes, including but not limited to disputes in connection with contracts, equity holdings, enforcement, insolvency, liquidation, and family issues.  In addition, Mr. Hu has advised multiple SOEs and public institutions, through which he gained extensive legal practice experience.  
In addition, Mr. Hu provides trust-related legal services to multiple domestic trust companies and banks.  He has keen insights into life insurance trusts, equity trusts, real estate trusts, family trusts, etc.

Educational background

Mr. Hu received a LL.B. degree and a LL.M. degree from China University of Science and Law.
