Work experience

Ms. Yang mainly focuses on venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and outbound investment.  Ms. Yang is responsible for legal due diligence investigations, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and negotiating transaction documents.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Yang practiced law at Zhong Lun Law Firm in Beijing

Educational background

Ms. Yang graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree in civil and commercial law and an LL.B. degree.
