Work experience

Ms. Zhu specializes in venture capital and private equity, capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Zhu graduated with a bachelor's degree in law and a bachelor's degree in economics from Peking University in 2016, and then obtained her LL.M. from Peking University in 2018.
