Work experience

Mr. Yin's practice mainly focuses on dispute resolution, including civil and commercial litigation and international/domestic commercial arbitration.  Mr. Yin has assisted with handling litigation and arbitration cases related to Chinese-foreign equity joint ventures, partnership enterprises, share repurchases, financial leasing contracts, product quality and other disputes arising out of various types of contracts.

Educational background

Mr. Yin obtained bachelor's degree in economics from Peking University in 2015, and further received a master's degree in law from Peking University in 2018.
