Work experience

Ms. Xu mainly assists clients in areas including venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, outbound direct investment, and foreign direct investment.  She has advised a number of funds and companies in industries including the internet, technology, healthcare,  biotechnology, semiconductor, retail and media.

Educational background

Ms. Xu received her bachelor's degree in law from Zhejiang University and master's degree in law from Peking University.  She previously studied at the University of California, Los Angeles as an exchange student.
