Mr. Wang's practice focuses on patent invalidation, appeals, prosecution and counseling.  Mr. Wang has extensive expertise in handling patent-related legal matters.  He has helped clients in prosecuting more than 1,000 invention, utility model, and design patent applications.  He has also handled many patent invalidation and appeal cases before the Patent Reexamination Board and the courts and has helped clients obtain very favorable results.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Wang practiced as a patent attorney for more than ten years at CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office.

Mr. Wang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation in 2003 from Harbin Institute of Technology.  He obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2006 from Kyungpook National University of South Korea.

Admitted to practice before the China National Intellectual Property Administration.
