Ms. Liu specializes in venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, overseas listings and reorganizations, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters. Ms. Liu has represented and provided a wide range of legal services to various large/medium-scale state-owned and private enterprises, listed companies, multinational corporations, private equity funds, etc. Ms. Liu has extensive experience in designing transaction structures, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and legal due diligence, covering industries such as education, high-tech, internet finance, telecommunications, life sciences and pharmaceutical, film and television, etc.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Liu practiced law with King & Wood Mallesons.
