Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Li worked at Global Law Office from July to December 2016.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, general corporate matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Li obtained her LL.M. in Economic Law from China University of Political Science and Law in 2017.  Prior to that, Ms. Li graduated with an LL.B. from China University of Political Science and Law in 2014.
