Professionals Keke Zhou

Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Zhou interned at the Supreme People's Court of China.  Mr. Zhou specializes in venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  His legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, general corporate matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Zhou obtained his LL.M. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2017.  Prior to that, Mr. Zhou graduated with an LL.B. from the University of International Relations in 2016.
