Work experience

Ms. Wang specializes in contentious and non-contentious intellectual property issues in China, including IP civil and administrative enforcement, prosecution, IP licensing and transfer, review and negotiation of IP contracts, brand protection and anti-counterfeiting, unfair competition, domain name disputes, customs protection, etc.  She has solid experience in strategic protection of IP portfolios, trademark acquisition and IP due diligence.

Educational background

Ms. Wang graduated from Dalian Maritime University with a B.A. in International Economic Law.
