Work experience

Mr. Wang specializes in venture capital and private equity, capital market transactions, and general corporate matters.  His legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Wang practiced law at King & Wood Mallesons.

Educational background

Mr. Wang obtained his Juris Master degree from the Tsinghua University in 2016.  Prior to that, Mr. Wang graduated with a Bachelor of Economics degree from Fudan University in 2013.
