Mr. Wu mainly practices in intellectual property-related fields.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Wu worked at King & Wood Mallesons and Zhong Lun Law Firm, where he obtained extensive experience in the field of intellectual property.  He closely follows industry developments and provides high-quality legal services to achieve his clients' business objectives.
Mr. Wu has provided intellectual property litigation services for multiple globally renowned companies. He has also participated in a copyright asset acquisition project for a top-tier private equity fund in the United States, as well as being fully involved in an overseas technology introduction project for a domestic energy giant.  He has provided high-quality legal services to clients, including negotiation strategy guidance, drafting transactional contracts, and due diligence.

Mr. Wu has a cross-disciplinary educational background in law and economics.  He graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law (LL.M. in IP Law) and Sichuan University (B.A. in Law and a B.A. in Economics).
